Riverside, California, is a high technology community with a technology park, many high technology companies, and higher education community with fourcollege campuses.  The Mayor of the City of Riverside formed SmartRiverside to grow as a technology community with the following goals:

• Attract and retain High Technology companies in the City of Riverside
• Build a Smarter Riverside through City Wide free wireless Internet Access
• Increase the technology literacy of Riverside through Digital Inclusion
• Identify new programs to foster technology innovation and use in Riverside
